We regularly give away fun, interesting, and usefull stuff to our visitors, clients, friends, and neighbors. Anyone can enter, anyone can win!
You only have to enter once, each entrant's contact information is entered into a secure database and assigned a number. When a drawing is held, a random number generator will be used to determine the winner(s). If your number is selected, you'll be notified via mail and given instructions to receive your winnings. Note: You will never be asked to pay any money in order to receive your prize, even shipping or handling charges. Some prizes (cash, higher value items, etc.) may be taxable, as such you will be responsible for properly reporting and filing proper tax forms with regard to your prize(s). Where either local, state, or federal laws require us to report the value of the prizes we give away, we will do so in compliance with such requirements. If you choose not to accept your prize, no reporting will be made, and runner(s) up will receive your prize.
Each drawing will be conducted to select a winner & runner up for each prize, if the winner does not respond to their prize notification, the runner up will be notified and have the opportunity to claim the prize. If neither winner or runner up can be contacted or neither accepts the prize, another drawing may be held at our discretion, or the prize may be auctioned online (proceeds will go to the charity of our choice).
Contest is available only to residents of California who are over the age of 18. Though we sometimes giveaway cash, and giftcards, we cannot substitute cash for other prizes.
